underrated pc games under $50?

looking for stuff to fill up my steam library now that big companies and AAA studios are pulling insane prices out their asses for shitty games over 40gb.
preferred but not necessary: roguelikes, rhythm games, turn-based, a cool art style.
I'll just assume you're on Steam;
It's always best to just put games onto your wishlist and enable e-mail notifications so that you get a mail when it goes on sale. That way you never miss a big 50% or so off if it happens.
