Will AI replace Stack Overflow one day?

i don't think so, AI still can't achieve AGI level yet, so for ptobably it wouldn't happen

*so probably it wouldn't happen

but stack overflow is in different level tho, some ai has knowledge cut date, so they don't know yet about lastest tech unless you train your own model with the lastest tech knowledge base. So people will rely on stack overflow for theirs new problem, even tho Ai will resolve some of them. Like logic question, ai has problem with very basic logic question even tho some model can managed to solve them like strawberry model from openAi but i think it's not efficient yet, it cost more token for Ai to generate the answer, mean more expensive the cost it will be, both from client and openAi it self (need more powerfull server to run the model) tldr; >it wouldn't happen IMO

>>6 not really, with ai agent you can do that like devin, replit(never test it) or composer in cursor (i use this frequently) my code nearly 2k in one files (which is many files in my project) they can still can maintain the task very well. If you have this kind of problem i think you should manage your code function into separated files and make sure ai can read all your codebase.
